November 1st,  2025

“ Dobroho ranku”, or “Good Morning!” in Ukrainian, is an Eastern Slavic language spoken mainly in Ukraine.  The UJT will remain focused on Ukraine until we can all rejoice at the end of hostilities.  It has been  2,242 days since Russia invaded Ukraine.

When I started the U JT, is my attempt to just share ideas art music and words with people I thought would be interested. T 00 you’re coming to the fan club the fan club’s got you now what are you doing, man? He’s like weird. I know I know it’s weird.o that end, I think it’s met it’s purpose. In the beginning, I would spend 15 minutes to a half hour assembling the update and updating the website. As you’re aware, I’m no longer able to see and perform as I did back then so now it takes me between four and five days to update the email and the website. I have enjoyed every minute of it and I have enjoyed all the commentary that’s come back to me from people who found something valuable in what I sent out from time to time. But the lies of diminishing returner coming into play now my already atrocious ability to proofread my work has declined significantly since my eyesight no longer support such activity very well. Therefore, I’m planning to end the UGT website and update process as of December 31, 2025. That’s not to say you won’t ever hear from me again it just we won’t be using a website to share the information we want to share. I want to thank everyone for giving me my time with them over the years. It’s been more valuable to me than you’ll ever know.

This week, I learned some stuff:

    •
    • Our countries coming to a crossroads. Something must change. I’m proud that we have so many standing up against the government that seems to be completely focused on enriching the rich at the expense of everyone else. I don’t like all the increased episodes of violence that is taking place more often throughout our country. I’m very proud of the seven millionaire so of us that managed to protest with that leaving any blood on the ground. There really is only one true solution to our dilemma and that is to spend more time working for the things that we have in common with each other than the differences we might feel we need to take those considerations into the polls and change the dynamic in our political system in spite of all the money being spent to keep us from doing that. There simply is no other solution that makes any kind of sense.
    • Recently, I have been struggling with a phenomenon that happens on occasion where my, “get up and go – got up and went”. I suspect it this common melody hasn’t even greater effect on people who are inherently motivated to do many different tasks. To be honest I just feel lost in a sense but reflecting on it I realize that it’s a self-inflicted wound for the most part for whatever reason I stopped keeping my gratitude journal for the last month or so I didn’t make any progress on projects I had started but left them out in full display so I could feel the essence of their failure to glance so you know in a way I just set myself up for feeling sorry for myself and feeling sorry for the position I was in in Life which is ridiculous and you consider how lucky and fortunate I’ve been throughout my entire life. So for me like maybe so many others it’s simply a matter of deciding to change what I’ve been doing into something that might work for me so I’ve started my gratitude journal again. I’m working in my priority lis and I’m going to return to the gym and start exercising to help my physical physical body feel better. I’m doing many things that are helping me feel better about myself and my my physical body. I’m eating right, but I’m eating less than I did before and with the movement and exercise it I’ll get it to the gym. I’m sure my physical comfort will be increased substantially as well. My mental comfort Will be enhanced by the capture of my gratitude, journal and it’s attended to do list and the ability to cross off to do items as I focus on getting them done. So if you ever find yourself in that situation, stop, take a breath restart the things that work for you and stop doing the things that don’t simple right?

Weird-Stuff-O-Meter:

    • In my experience, decision-making is the process by which you convert information into a binary equation. As you consider your options, you add information into the appropriate column being a simple guy. My Collins were simple. I used doable and too hard the length of the list of the items didn’t really matter much. It was just trying to get to the point where you could see whether something was eminently doable or too hard. Too hard means that that particular method or a decision or or route was not appropriate for the solution you either didn’t have enough time or money or expertise to take that choice even if it might be the best choice if you couldn’t complete the task the decision in the time frames required to meet the requirements then it simply was in a feasible solution or you could go back and try to negotiate the time requirements or whatever other limitation is holding you into the tool hard column. Being a ultimate and the optimistic, I found my way to doable most of the time even when I had no good reason to think I could actually do It by using this method I found out I probably could do it and would do it in many cases, I did do it, but you have to. You’re willing to accept failure as well. We are all flawed information. Flawed quality of materials can be flawed and expertise to be flawed so failures and inherent option. The best thing about failure is you tend to learn more about what you’re doing then by failing than any other method, if you’re paying attention. I don’t wanna miss anyone. I didn’t just learn this, but I realized I had never actually explained how it worked for me anywhere in my rather vast writings. I don’t know if it’ll help anyone, but it helped me a lot of years.

This week’s UJT Radio Program:

We are finishing  with the artists whose names begin with the letter “H”.

  • Lifehouse — We’ll Never Know — Thus band came at me two different ways. The first was with a friend of mine who recommended I check out Jude Cole’s music and the second was on the Internet, where I heard Lifehouse’s for songs they’re just an amazing band and I hope you enjoy them. This song is from their self titled album released in 2015.
  • Dave Matthews Band —  Too Much — Every time I hear DMB, I whisper, thanks to my son who was the first one who told me about these guys. These guys are just constant musicians, playing constant music. This one is from their 1996 release, “Crash”.
  • David Bowie — Space Oddity — This this song introduced a whole new genre of rock ‘n’ roll. I think sam says it’s the first “glam rock” song ever released David pave the way for a lot of performance who mixed music with performance art. This one was released on his self title album in 1969.
  • J. J.Cale  — Crazy Mama — I think that this songwriter is one of the most influential musical performers in our time. So many of the best in Our in the business of music learned what he could teach and learned it well. Originally released on his 1972 album, “naturally”.
  • Los Lonely Boys  — Diamonds — I justt love these guys from the moment. I first heard their songs. They’re just great. I think it’s a couple brothers and a buddy, but they play gray music. This song is from there self titled albums and released in 1997.
  • Boston —More Than a Feeling — This song was a huge hit from their debut album. The self titled Boston released in 1976. Someone say this may be the best debut of many band ever released. I’m not so sure about that but it’s a great album in a good song.
  • Rick Fines  —A Stone’s Throw Away —A good friend of mine told me about Rick fines and I’ve been grateful ever since. To me his music is like comfort food, and I’m grateful for every morsel. This song is from his 2006 release, “Solar Powered”.

That’s it… Do the best you can; Laugh every chance you get; Always remember… The best is yet to come! As always, thank you for being my friend!
