TED TALKS:
It is hard for me to remember exactly when I found out about TED Talks but I remember it was my son, Sean, who told me, “Dad you have got to check this out!!!” I did and have been hooked ever since.
I go get my TED fixes fairly regularly but not on any kind of scheduled basis. Sometimes I go when I am feeling despair about current events or the environment or some tragedy that humans have inflicted on each other somewhere in the world. Sometimes I am just curious about what is new or being newly viewed from a different perspective. I have fallen in love watching a TED Talk with poets or scientists even mathematicians. I have learned so much and encourage you to do the same:
