Cheesy Pickle/Pepper Cups

Somewhere along the line, I heard about these things. Of curses, I hast know I could ake them “Mo Betta” . And I did. This is not something I would do all the time but they are fast, simple and good.

Ingredients:

~2 cups  cheddar cheese, grated

12 slices of pickle – deepens on your mood – dill or bread &buttter

12 slices of tamed Jalapeño

~ 1/2 tsp rader Joe’ss Chili-Lime spice

Dipping sauce of your choice

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Place 1/2 of the cheese into the bottom of a 12-cupcake baking pan.
  3. Place one slice of pickle of your choice on top of each cup of cheese.
  4. Place 1 slice of tamed jalapeño on top of each pickle Alice.
  5. Cover each one with cheese so you can no longer see the peppers.
  6. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and is growing on the edges.
  7. Remove from oven and let stand for 3 minutes. Then, using paper towels remove all the oil puddled on each cup. Loosen from the baking pan and place a serving plate.
  8. Sprinkle chili-lime spice over the top of each one.
  9. Serve hot with dipping sauce on the side.
