Wild Ass Garlic Aioli – It’s Good For What Ails ya!

I came up with this one kind of like a play-by-ear musician picks up a song from the radio and teaches it to themselves. I have loved garlic aioli every time I have had it but yesterday was the first day that I attempted to make it. It really wasn’t all my fault, you see, there were ciabatta roles, and a jar of roasted red peppers and these wonderfully grilled boneless Chicken Breasts – a nice mayo wasn’t going to cut it. So I took matters into my own hands and came up with this wonderful spread that just made the sandwiches sing with flavor.

Ingredients:

4-5 Tbs Good Mayo – Not that “light” kind
2 Tbs garlic minced
1/2 tsp dried cilantro
1/2 tsp Trader Joe’s Lime Chili seasoning.

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together until they are the right consistency
  2. Jigger with the garlic, and mayo till it feels right.
  3. Spread on good bread
