Air Fryer Salmon
This is another refugee from my illness-enforced couch incarceration YouTube culinary school. It’s fast. It’s easy and tasty too.
Ingredients:
4 6oz wild-caught salmon fillets (skin on or off)
2 Tbs Dijon mustard
1 Tbs Old Bay seasoning
Salt substitute and pepper to taste
1 tsp fresh or freeze-dried dill
lemon sliced into wedges
Directions:
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 400 degrees.
- Wash and dry salmon fillets.
- Brush salmon with Dijon mustard everywhere there is no skin
- Season salmon with Old Bay, salt substitute, and pepper
- Place salmon skin side down on the trays and put in the air fryer
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes until salmon is flaky
- Plate with lemon wedges and sprinkle dill on top.
