Air Fryer Salmon 

This is another refugee from my illness-enforced couch incarceration YouTube culinary school. It’s fast. It’s easy and tasty too.






4 6oz wild-caught salmon fillets (skin on or off)

2 Tbs Dijon mustard

1 Tbs Old Bay seasoning

Salt substitute and pepper to taste

1 tsp fresh or freeze-dried dill

lemon sliced into wedges


  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 400 degrees.
  2. Wash and dry salmon fillets.
  3. Brush salmon with Dijon mustard everywhere there is no skin
  4. Season salmon with Old Bay, salt substitute, and pepper
  5. Place salmon skin side down on the trays and put in the air fryer
  6. Air fry for 5-7 minutes until salmon is flaky
  7. Plate with lemon wedges and sprinkle dill on top.
