Creamy Pickle Poppers

As usual, I was looking for something else when I stumbled on this intriguing bit of culinary delight. I just have to try it and of course, tweak it a bit. This dish may be done on the grill (as described below) or in your air fryer. Depends on your menu which makes the most sense. I am grilling most of the time anyway.







1 jar of Clausen dill halves

I Brick of cream cheese

1 cup of sharp cheddar

3 tamed Jalapeño slices per pickle

1 pc smoked bacon/ pickle halve


  1. Scoop seeds out of  the center of each pickle
  2. Combine cream cheese with cheddar
  3. Pipe or spoon mix into scooped-out pickles
  4. Press the jalapeño slice into the mixture a bit
  5. Wrap each pickle in bacon
  6. Grill using indirect heat until bacon is crispy and cheese is melted
  7. Remove from grill and let rest until cool enough to hold
