Baked Sandwiches
I saw a clip on Facebook someone doing this and I thought it looked pretty cool. Of course I had to put my own spin on it and I think to spend work fine. In an endeavor to perform it full disclosure I must say this was not a favorite of Jessica at our house.
Ingredients:
2 pack of Crescent rolls
2 Tbs Dijon mustard
~1/4 lbs Ooff the Bone” deli ham
~1/4 lbs smoked turkey
1/2 lab Provolone slices
1/2 ;bs Sharp Cheddar slices
1/2 small red onion sliced thi
3 Tbs unsalted butter, melted
Two Tbs Everything but the Bagel spice
Directions
- :Prep: a 9 x 13 baking dish with olive oil spray. Preheat oven to 350.
- Open one package of the crescent rolls and spread it across the bottom of the baking dish. Pinch together seems.
- Spread Dijon mustard over the entire surface of the Crescent roll
- Sprinkle red onion slices over mustard.
- Distribute ham slices over red onion evenly.
- Distribute cheddar slices over ham evenly
- Distribute smoked turkey slices over cheddar evenly
- Distribute provolone slices over the turkey evenly
- Rule second package of crescent, roll dough over the top of the provolone. Tucking edges and pinch together seems.
- Drizzle butter over the top of the crescent roll
- Sprinkle “everything but the bagel” spice over the top of the butter
- Place baking dish in the middle of the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until the top is crispy and colored the way you like it
