Baked Veggies with Mac & Cheese

I may have mentioned that I inadvertently bought several boxes of Walmart cheap ass mac & cheese. Since that moment to this, I’ve tried to figure out ways to turn that crap into something I can eat. I started with Fresh cauliflower and I liked it. It turned out good. It was a little complicated because you have the par boil the cauliflower and all I thought it might be a lot better if I could figure out a dish with frozen vegetables that might work better and it did I hope you like it.
