Coconut surprise
The surprising thing about this dish is how easy and tasty it is if you’re a fan of cook on it, you will like this dessert. You can eat it hot or you can eat it cold I like it both ways. Ingredients:
4 eggs
3 Tbs of butter
2 14oz cans of Condensed milk
12 oz coconut, grated and toasted
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 32 0°F
- Butter or spray 9 x 13 baking pan
- stir butter into beaten eggs. It’s OK if the butter breaks up in the chunks they melt when they’re baked
- Add condensed milk to butter, egg mixture, and whiskey until smooth
- Add toasted` coconut to mixture and whisk until inc.. Do not use a mixer
- Pour mixture into your greased baking pan.
- Place in preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes. Watch and tell the edges and the top are a golden color, then remove and let cool.
