Fast, Easy, and Tasty  Wet Burritos

During my incarceration on the couch, I stumbled across this in FB.  Naturally, I had to mess with it just a bit. But this jumped into our rotation with both feet!








1 Pkg frozen Burritos of your choice (so far they are all good)

1 28 oz can of Enchilada Sauce of your choice (red, green..mild or spicy)

1 10oz can of No Salt Added Rotel tomatoes

1/4-1/2 cup tamed jalapeno peppers

1  8poz bag of grated Pepper Jack Cheese

Cilantro, salsa, and sour cream for serving


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Arrange frozen burritos in a  9x13nch baking dish that has been sprayed with olive oil
  3. Spread Rotel over burritos as evenly as possible
  4. Spread Jalapenos  over burritos as evenly as possible
  5. Pour Enchilada sauce over the entire dish
  6. Sprinkle pepper jack over the entire dish
  7. Cover with aluminum Foil
  8. Place dish on middle rack and bake for 45 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven, remove aluminum foil, and continue to cook for another 15 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes
  11. Sever with cilantro with salsa and sour cream on the side.!
