Fish Sliders
I found this on the Internet. I was looking for an easy fish dish that can be a main course or appetizer depending how many you wanna eat. Period it’s a nice combination of flavors and textures. I think most everyone would like.
Ingredients:
1 pkg Hawaiian rolls (12 pack)
1 pkg Gordon’s frozen breaded Cod fillets( ar fried @ 400F for 14 nub)
6 slices Cheese of your choice
1 Tbs unsalted butter
1 rsp Key Lime Juice
1/2 cip chopped Lette\uce
~1 Tbs “thing with the bagel”” spice
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Prepare cookie sheet with parchment
- Separate tops from bottoms of wine and rolls
- Play cheese slices over the bottoms, covering all of the roll bottoms
- Brush melted butter over the tops of the buns
- Sprinkle “everything but the bagel” spice over the tops of the moist and vines
- Place cookie sheet in the center row of the oven. Bake for up to 10 minutes until cheese is melted and tops or brown.
- Lay cooked fish fillets across the bottoms. Drizzle key lime juice over fillets. Slather a healthy portion of homemade tartar sauce over the fillets. Place the tops on top of the fish fillets and
- Cut into individual sliders.
