Fish Sliders   

I found this on the Internet.  I was looking for an easy fish dish that can be a main course or appetizer depending how many you wanna eat. Period it’s a nice combination of flavors and textures. I think most everyone would like.

Ingredients:

1 pkg Hawaiian rolls (12 pack)

1 pkg  Gordon’s frozen  breaded Cod  fillets( ar fried @ 400F for 14 nub)

6 slices Cheese  of your choice 

1 Tbs unsalted butter

1 rsp Key Lime Juice

1/2 cip chopped Lette\uce

~1 Tbs “thing with the bagel”” spice

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Prepare cookie sheet with parchment
  3. Separate tops from bottoms of wine and rolls
  4. Play cheese slices over the bottoms, covering all of the roll bottoms
  5. Brush melted butter over the tops of the buns
  6. Sprinkle “everything but the bagel” spice over the tops of the moist and vines
  7. Place cookie sheet in the center row of the oven. Bake for up to 10 minutes until cheese is melted and tops or brown.
  8. Lay cooked fish fillets across the bottoms. Drizzle key lime juice over fillets. Slather a healthy portion of homemade tartar sauce over the fillets. Place the tops on top of the fish fillets and
  9. Cut into individual sliders.
