Gyoza Sauce
I love this stuff. It’s so good with potstickers and dumplings. I just had to learn how to make it.
Ingredients
3 TTbs soy sauce
1 Tbs rice wine vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 garlic clove, minced/up-grated
½ tsp ginger, minced/grated
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
1 spring onion
1 tsp sesame seeds
Directions:
- In a small bowl or ramekin add the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and sriracha sauce. Whisk them together
- Grate the garlic and ginger and add to the sauce
- Garnish with sliced spring onion and sesame seeds and allow to marinade for 5 minutes
- Your Gyoza Dipping Sauce for butt stickers/Giza!!
