It’s Remoulade! Dats all, Cher

You can and should use this sauce with crab, lobster, shrimp, Po Boys and as dipping sauce for fresh veggies… Well, you get the idea…adds flavor to a lot of good things!




1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Thai Sweet Chili sauce
2 Tbs Creole mustard
2 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs Cholula Sauce
2 Tbs Key Lime Juice
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 scallions chopped fine
2 Tbs fresh parsley chopped or dried parsley
2 Tbs minced olives
2 Tsp minced celery
1 clove garlic
1 tsp capers, chopped
1/2 tsp chili powder
salt and pepper to taste


  1. Mix all that together, taste and add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Apply liberally to any kind of Po Boy or shrimp, lobster, crab or veggie you like.
  3. Put it in a sealed container and keep in the fridge to the next time you need a flavor jolt
