It’s Remoulade! Dats all, Cher
You can and should use this sauce with crab, lobster, shrimp, Po Boys and as dipping sauce for fresh veggies… Well, you get the idea…adds flavor to a lot of good things!
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Thai Sweet Chili sauce
2 Tbs Creole mustard
2 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs Cholula Sauce
2 Tbs Key Lime Juice
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 scallions chopped fine
2 Tbs fresh parsley chopped or dried parsley
2 Tbs minced olives
2 Tsp minced celery
1 clove garlic
1 tsp capers, chopped
1/2 tsp chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Mix all that together, taste and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Apply liberally to any kind of Po Boy or shrimp, lobster, crab or veggie you like.
- Put it in a sealed container and keep in the fridge to the next time you need a flavor jolt
